2. Products & Pricing

• Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Final pricing is confirmed at the time of quotation
• Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly

3. Orders & Supply

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to decline any order. Bulk orders may require advance payment or purchase order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and logistics. We serve Ahmedabad and pan-Gujarat, with outstation shipments available on request.

5. Warranty & Certifications

All ISI/BIS certified products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must be raised within the specified period with original invoice. We do not offer warranty on consumables like ink cartridges.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days for manufacturing defects with original packaging. Customized or consumable products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 15 business days after inspection.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shree Chamunda Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the product's purchase value.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
